2. SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE (PRODUCTS)
When you place an order, you offer to buy the products for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. When a customer places an order, Coastline Education will send that customer an email which aims to confirm the purchase and payment. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has the confirmation of his purchase and the details of the order. We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased by each user. Coastline Education also reserves the right to limit sales of our products on a regional or jurisdictional basis. Coastline Education may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.
3. COURSES
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the courses for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check the description of the content and features of each course before placing an order. When a customer places an order for a course, Coastline Education will send an email to the customer in order to confirm the purchase and payment. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of their purchase. Once the payment process is completed, the user will be able to access and download the course content. Coastline Education may cancel any order and may change or discontinue course availability at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for the courses will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.
4. MEMBERSHIPS
Coastline Education offers a paid membership that allows the user to access all available Coastline Education courses and/or get free shipping on the purchase of any product on the website in addition to other benefits.
When a user places an order for a membership, the user agrees and declares to purchase the membership for the price advertised on the website. Please check the price and features of memberships before placing an order. When a user places an order, Coastline Education will send a confirmation email. This confirmation email will occur automatically so that the user has confirmation of payment and membership initiation. If the user does not receive the email, it may have been sent to their spam folder. Coastline Education may cancel any sale and not provide memberships and may change or discontinue the availability of memberships at any time in its sole discretion. If a purchase is cancelled, any payment made for the membership will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. Memberships may include automatic recurring payments. You authorize Coastline Education to renew your membership and to charge you on a periodic and progressive basis. The membership billing date is the date you make your first payment. On the membership billing date, your account will be automatically debited for all applicable fees for the next membership period. The membership will continue until you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill the recurring membership fee to the form of payment you provide during registration. Memberships will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled prior to the next payment. To cancel memberships, users must submit a membership cancellation request via our contact information and the membership will be cancelled for the next billing period.
5. PRICES
Coastline Education reserves the right to determine the price of products and courses. Product pricing and product variants will be available on each product page. Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time in accordance with the value of exchange rates. Coastline Education will use reasonable efforts to keep the pricing information posted on the website up to date. We encourage you to periodically check our website for updated pricing information. We will always try to keep the prices on the website accurate. However, from time to time some pricing errors may occur, including, but not limited to, human, mechanical or similar errors. In the event an error in pricing is discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The user will be given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order if not satisfied with the correct price communicated in such order.
6. PAYMENTS
Products and courses will be paid via Stripe, PayPal, and/or QuickBooks (payment platforms available on the website). The customer must pay the price of the product as stipulated in the order before the product is shipped and delivered to the customer. The customer must pay the price of the course as stipulated before accessing or downloading the course content. Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card immediately upon placing the order for the product or course you have purchased. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send you an electronic receipt of the transaction to the email address you provide. If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment platform. If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code. If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed. Your payment information will be processed and stored securely and for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of products and courses. Coastline Education reserves the right to hire any payment platform available on the market, which treats your data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of products and courses.
7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Coastline Education attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Coastline Education does not warrant that product descriptions, product prices or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product descriptions and images may vary according to the color resolution of the user's device screen.

The information and content available on the website and courses are for informational and educational purposes only. By accessing the website and purchasing the courses, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions.
